We crafted Garfield's brand around a flexible identity system that reflects their growth into one of New York's most desirable real estate firms. The brand's wordmarks, horizontal and vertical logomarks, and multiple secondary marks all complement each other to produce a cohesive presence.
Best web practices generally call for a relatively clean, clear and sparse layout, so we enjoy opportunities to augment sites with creative, personalized touches like the custom illustrations incorporated into Garfield's real estate guides.
To demonstrate Garfield's excellent home staging service, we included a dynamic page that allows users to slide back and forth on the same image to see before and after transitions.
We conceptualized Garfield's social media strategy, including content templates and posting schedule, and continue to execute and manage their social media and digital advertising initiatives across all platforms.
